I understand after I register, in mid-June I will receive by DocuSign email a medical release wavier from the Kentucky Baptist Convention to sign in order to attend KY Worship Camp. This must be completed before camp. If under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the forms. If not received by July 1, request by emailing, [email protected].
