I acknowledge and understand that the Kentucky Baptist Convention & Clear Creek Baptist Bible College will be taking pictures and videos during the Worship Leader Boot Camp '24 event. These could be posted to social media and/or used in future promotional materials. I agree my picture can be used for these purposes only.
I understand after I register, in June I will receive by DocuSign email a medical release wavier from the Kentucky Baptist Convention to sign in order to attend Worship Leader Boot Camp. This must be completed before camp. If not received by June 1, please request by emailing, [email protected].
