I acknowledge and understand that during the KY Worship Camp '25 event the Kentucky Baptist Convention/Boyce College/SBTS will take photographs and videos. These may be shared on social media or used in future promotional materials. I consent to the use of my picture/video for these purposes only. If I have any concerns about this, I will inform my chaperone.
I understand that after registering, in mid-May my church will receive an email with more information about a medical release wavier for KY Worship Camp. If I do not receive by June 2, I should request by contacting, [email protected].
By checking this box, I acknowledge that my registration for Worship Camp '25 is non-refundable, and full payment is required by credit card now or check by June 16. However, the registration is transferable. If transferring, I will let KBC Worship know by June 6.
