Registration Options

  • Choose this option if you want to receive digital copies of the music for use on a tablet. [A $10 Late Fee will be added for those registered after September 7.]

Worship Event Attire

New "Uniform":  For our worship events, we will be wearing khaki slacks with a navy blue polo with our logo embroidered on the left side. A Google Form was sent out to former members asking for your shirt size. Please indicate your size below (even if you submitted it through the Google Form) so that payment can be processed. The cost of the shirt is $25.

Terms/Agreements

I acknowledge and understand that the Kentucky Baptist Convention or host churches may be taking pictures and videos during the retreat and worship experiences. These could be posted to social media and/or used in future promotional materials. I agree my picture can be used for these purposes only.
